CNC Laser Cutting

At VLTPL, we employ Computer Numerical Control (CNC) laser cutting as a manufacturing process, which utilizes high-power laser beams directed through optics to cut or engrave a wide variety of materials, such as metal, wood, plastic, and more, with extreme precision. The laser beam melts, burns, vaporizes or is blown away by a jet of gas, to achieve a good quality surface finished edge. We develop product designs using CAD/CAM software. CNC Bending

VLTPL utilizes CNC bending or forming process to bend or transform the sheet metal or any material to a specific angle and shape. We form the accurate size of sheet metal ranging from a few millimetres to several metres by using press brakes. Further, we achieve the desired shape by using the CNC press brake that has a programmable console to control the attributes, punch and die of the bend. Mention the machines used below with details
